You Know Enough to Know You Want More. Here's How I Can Help.
Maybe you've seen a provider who wasn't familiar with the options you'd read about. Maybe you got a prescription but no real explanation. Maybe you're curious about pellets, testosterone, a different form of estrogen, or whether what you're feeling is even hormonal. You've done the reading. You just need someone who will actually sit down and work through it with you.
That's what this practice is for.
Every option is honestly discussed—including hormone therapy, non-hormonal approaches, bioidentical and conventional options, lifestyle changes and supplements.
This is a direct-pay practice. Insurance is not billed. HSA/FSA funds may be used. More details on the FAQ page.

Initial Assessment & Treatment
Initial visits are designed to understand the full picture — symptoms, physiology, goals, medical history, and the broader context of your life and health. It all matters!
Care may include laboratory evaluation, hormone therapy, non-hormonal treatment options, medication review, lifestyle changes, supplement discussion, and risk assessment when appropriate.
You will receive a personalized written assessment and treatment plan, along with ongoing communication and follow-up to refine your care over time. One follow-up visit is included because it often takes a little time, adjustment, and discussion to get things feeling right.
Follow-up Care
Follow-up visits are designed for reassessment, adjustment, and continued discussion as your symptoms, priorities, and goals evolve over time.
Visits may include medication adjustments, review of labs or supplements, new symptoms, sexual health concerns, sleep or mood changes, metabolic concerns, weight changes, or broader midlife health discussions. Midlife tends to keep things interesting.
Scope of Care
This practice focuses on perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, sexual health, sleep, mood, metabolic changes, weight concerns, brain fog, and related midlife physiology.
Care may include evaluation of hormonal symptoms, bone health, cardiovascular risk, thyroid-related concerns, medication and supplement review, and individualized treatment planning.
This is a telehealth consultative practice and does not replace local primary or emergency care. When in-person evaluation, imaging, or specialist care is needed, patients are guided toward appropriate local resources.
If you are unsure whether your concerns are something I address in this practice, feel free to ask. Midlife physiology overlaps with many areas of health, and not everything fits neatly into a website list.
